Elva Ostwald died June 28, 2009 at her home in Billings. She was born to Elva F. and Arvilla (Lessard) McMorris November 1, 1919 in Hardin. She attended school at the Catholic Mission is St. Xavier. Elva married Edward Ostwald and three children were born to this union. She worked as a stocking clerk for a Tupperware warehouse for many years. Mrs. Ostwald loved her family and enjoyed crocheting.

Left to cherish Elva's memory is her sons, Edward Ostwald and Wayne Ostwald; sisters, Ruth (Ray) Krone and Rita (Carl) Dorn; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
