Ted George Reiland Obituary

Ted G. Reiland was born in the cold months of 1930 in Cathay, North Dakota to Herman and Francis (Lill) Reiland. He attended school at Sykeston, North Dakota and worked on the farms in the Breman area. Ted moved to Butte, Montana to work in the copper mines and later for the Northern Pacific Railroad and Burlington Northern Railroad for 32 years. He went back to farming as he enjoyed the tractors and the quiet life of the country in the Molt area. Ted raised a family of six children. He is survived by the blessing of his life, wife Maria; children David (Deb) of Pocatello, ID, Duane of Park City, Dewey (Barb) of Billings, Julie (Tim) Frank of Laurel, Shelley (Jim) Phelps of Billings, Dirk (Lynn) of Culbertson; grandchildren Bridget and Brenda Reiland, Katelyn and Kelsey Reiland, Dallas and Emmitt Reiland, Dylon and Landon Phelps; brother Justin (Lucy) of Kennewick, WA. Mr. Reiland was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Walter and Bob, sisters Elizabeth and Marie. "It was a great life and I loved all of it..."
