Stanford LeRoy Bradley, 81, passed away peacefully at his home in Park City the morning of August 24, 2012. Stan was born July 23, 1931, in Alliance, Nebraska, the fifth of Tom and Vera's(Nason) Bradley's twelve children. He graduated from Park County High School in 1949, and proudly served his country aboard the USS Passig during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged in 1955 and upon his return to Livingston, Stan met and married Darlene Hargrove. Stan and Darlene moved to Santa Rosa, California where Stan attended UC-Davis and received his bachelor's degree in 1959. Stan's career in agriculture and finance took him to various locations in the west before settling permanently in Park City in 1973. Stan opted to take early retirement from First Interstate Bank in the late '80's and filled his time pursuing the perfect golf game, researching Montana history and serving with American Legion Post #100. Stan is survived by his significant other, Bonnie Owen; children Mauri, Jodi (Bill), Gina (Dave) and Beaumont (Alise); 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; siblings Gordon, Don, Larry, Linda and Gerald. Stan will also be greatly missed by his "special bow-wow," Ollie. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Darlene, siblings Rex, Griffith, Beverly, Burdette, Faith and Gwen and his big dog Lucky. In accordance with Stan's wishes, no formal services will be held. Friends are invited to an informal gathering in celebration of Stan's life at the family home in Park City on Sunday September 2, 2012 from 2- 4pm. Memorial contributions may be made in Stan's name to the Park City Ambulance, Riverstone Hospice or the charity of your choice.
