Shirley Ann Gairrett

Shirley Ann (Lynn) was born August 18, 1950 to Herrold and Ola Lynn in Powell, WY. Shirley grew up and attended school in Lovell, WY. Off all the jobs Shirley held, her most cherished was being a wife, mother, grandmother and serving in her church. She married her best friend Carroll Gairrett on August 25, 1972. They were blessed with three children, Lynnetta, Beau and Reece. Her family brought the most joy and meaning to her life, most recently caring for her adored grandchildren. Shirley bravely battled numerous illnesses that waged are on her body but she fought hard until the end when she passed away on April 3, 2015 in Billings at the age of 64. Those who new Shirley instantly loved her, her smile and crazy sense of humor. She had compassion and genuine love for all and lived to be a great example to others. Her faith in her Savior was undeniable. As Shirley goes on to a better place she will be missed always and greatly loved by all. She is survived by her husband Carroll, daughter Lynnetta, sons Beau (Sarah) Reece (Ashley) and grandchildren Phenix, Haydyn, and Oakley. Sisters Sue Stewart and Phyllis Carr, brothers Phil and Ron Lynn and numerous niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Dale Lynn. A visitation will be held at Remington Fletcher Funeral Chapel in Laurel from 5-10pm, Wednesday April 8th and Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Thursday April 9th at the LDS Church in Laurel.
