Rafael Silva Franco
I was born in Fort Hancock Texas on October 7th, 1932 to Florencio Silva and Juana Gaytan.
I grew up in El Paso Texas until I met my husband Hilario Franco where we then moved to Lovell Wyoming and had our four children, Lyle, Mary, Eva, and Yolanda.
Then we moved to Colorado Springs where we raised our family.
I worked at the Fort Carson Army base for 10 years where I retired from.
We then moved back to Wyoming and lived in various parts and eventually ended up in Byron, Wyoming where I lived until my husband passed away in 1995.
I moved to Lovell and lived there for several years before I moved to Billings Montana to spend the remaining years with my family.
In my life, I experienced heartache and lots of joys during my 91 years of life, but I could say that overall I was very happy.
I love you all, so go forward and have happy healthy bright futures.
Until we meet again.
A Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Tuesday September 10, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lovell, Wyoming. Interment to follow at Lovell Cemetery.
