Pauline "Polly" Sand Obituary

The Lord called Polly home Saturday May 15th, 2021. She was brought into this world on June 15th, 1929 by Henry and Amalia Michaelis in Laurel, Montana. There she attended the Laurel schools. What a vibrant personality! It always seemed she knew everyone and they all knew her. She started her working career at a young age as a waitress at several local resturants. She also was a cashier at Safeway and IGA. She married the love of her life, Glen Sand, July 27th, 1973.

She is survived by Glen, daughter Lorrie Krell (Randy, granddaughter Woodlyn), grandsons Eric Caulhoun (daughter Hannah), Mathew Calhoun (Erin and sons Landon and Cooper)

Proceeded in Death by her mother and father; sisters Molly Dienes, Emma Frank and brothers Henry Michaelis, Manuel Michaelis and Alex Vogel (in-law).
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and she will be missed dearly. Graveside service will be Wednesday May 26th at 12:30pm. Please join us for a reception after at First Congergation Church in Laurel, Montana
