Marilee Kay Wold

Marilee Wold, of Laurel died February 7, 2020 at her home with her daughter and granddaughter at her side..
Marilee was born June 06,1938 in Terry Montana to Paul and Gladys (Hoagland) McLarnon. She attended school in
Laurel, graduating in 1956. Following graduation, she attended Eastern Montana College (MSU-B) in Billings becoming a teacher.
She married Roger “Buck” Wold in August of 1960. 
Most of her life, Marilee was a homemaker. She also worked various jobs including driving sugar beet truck, delivering turkeys
for O’Donell's Turkey Farm, substitute taught in the area and worked at the State Liquor Store on 5 th Ave.
She enjoyed softball, canning, gardening, playing cards, bowling, family and School Class
reunions, red beer, reading and collecting rocks from all over the world. Family knew we were
never allowed to call during Jeopardy and her favorite thing was sharing her opinion!
She is survived by her sister Judy (Jay Dunn) McLarnon of California, Children Renee Wold (Gerald Barta)
and Dirk Wold of Laurel. Grand children Amber (Travis) McKee of Gillette WY, Sean (Sarah) Letcher,
Bryan (Amber Z) Letcher of Laurel and Garrett and Brett Wold of North Carolina. Great-Grand Children
Logan, Kaylee and Kinley McKee, Colby Letcher, Rowan Letcher and one on the way
She is proceeded in death by her parents Paul and Gladys McLarnon, brother Darold McLarnon, husband
Roger Wold and great-grandson Justin McKee
Memorial Services will be held 10:30 am Friday February 14, 2020 at The Rock Church in Laurel Montana.
Please wear your favorite sports shirt or favorite sweatshirt and jeans.
The family would like to thank Riverstone Hospice, Dr. Lucas and the staff at Frontier Cancer Center.
