Lindsey Webb, 29, passed away unexpectedly in Billings Sunday September 9, 2012 at the home of her grandparents, Ron and Shirley Lacy. She was born January 6, 1983 in Billings to Neil A. and Linda L. (Lacy) Webb. Lindsey attended schools in Billings, Port Hadlock, Washington and Three FOrks, Montana. In her brief time on this earth, Lindsey tried to experience as many things as she could. She loved meeting new peple, spending time beading, and enjoyed nature's beauty by floating the local rivers. She loved antics and innocence of children, teaching Bible School to the youth in Hoodsport, Washington and above all, she loved laughing and telling jokes with her family and friends. She experienced many challenges in her short life but those of us who knew and loved her will always remember how even in the darkest and most lean times, she would find a way to give of what she had to help someone else in need. She had little tolerance for cruelty but relentless empathy for those who suffered, be they human or one of God's smallest creatures. Although Lindsey lived in many places and enjoyed making many friends, the absolute light and love of her life was her daughter Payton Chapman born October 7, 2002. She is survived byher parents,; daughter Payton; brothers Tim, Jordan and Evan; grandparents Ron and Shirley Lacy; aunt Lorna Boschert and cousins Matt (Debra) Boschert and Dan (Meagan) Boschert. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00pm Friday September 14, 2012 at the American Lutheran CHurch in Billings.
