Lawrence Edward Gregory

Larry Gregory, 66, of Laurel, died Thursday May 9, 2013 at his home. He was born August 30, 1946 to Al and Velma Gregory in Missoula. Following graduation from Missoula County High School in 1965, he attended University of Montana before enlisting in the Army in 1966. He began his career in aviation working as a mechanic for Johnson's Flying Service in Missoula. Larry married Carolyn Rae Taylor in Laurel May 29, 1988. He was a member of the Elks Club, Knights of Columbus and served on the PTA board that was instrumental in the opening of St. Joseph's Catholic School in Missoula. Left to cherish Larry's memory is his wife Carolyn; sons Robert Gregory and Michael Gregory; daughter Darcy (Rich) Wood; sister Carol (Chuck) Crowther; brother Glen (Wilda) Gregory and a granddaughter Ashley Lynn. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00am Saturday May 18, 2013 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Laurel
