Larry Monroe Dickey

Lawrence "Larry" Dickey of Laurel died at his home Friday August 15, 2008. He was born to Grover and Dorothy (Risovi) Dickey April 8, 1945 in Minot, ND. Larry attended school in New Rockford, ND, and later joined the ARMY. He married Linda Gabel December 21, 1979 in Billings. Larry enjoyed working construction and participated in building homes for Habitat for Humanity in Laurel and Billings. Mr. Dickey is survived by his wife of 28 years; a son Ezekiel (Johnnie)Dickey; daughter Michelle Dickey of Devils Lake, ND;brothers James and Charles Ludwig of New Rockford, ND and Ron Ludwig of AZ; sisters, Mary Schlosser of Bismarck and Barb Neumiller of Jamestown, ND; and 4 grandsons. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and a sister. Funeral Services will be 10AM Tuesday August 19, 2008 at St. John's Catholic Church in New Rockford, ND. Memorial contributions may be made to Rocky Mountain Hospice
