Joseph Raymond Hart

Joseph R. Hart, 80, of Absarokee, passed away peacefully Sunday November 2, 2014 at his home. Joe was born July 6, 1934 to Edmond and Myrtle (Serrette) Hart in Columbus. Following high school, Joe served in the United Sates Air Force until being Honorably Discharged in September 1955. He married Marilynn Kirch on August 25, 1957. Joe spent most of his life in construction and doing the things he loved; spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and camping. Joe is survived by his wife Marilynn; son Craig Hart; daughters Karen (Stan) Putnam and Sharon Kruse; four grandchildren, Kassandra (Jamon)Knudsen, Jessika Putnam, Brodi and Madison Hart and great-granddaughter Annabelle Knudsen. Funeral Services will be 2:00pm Friday November 7, 2014 at the Community Congregational Church in Absarokee followed by committal services at Nye Cemetery with Military Honors. Memorial contributions may be made in Joe's name to the charity of your choice.
