In 1965, Dad moved his family to Park City where he resided until his death.
Jim worked as a lineman for 40 years, traveling all over Montana, installing electricity. If you had traveled with him, he would tell you what lines he helped to install. He retired from Montana Power in 2001 after 22 ½ years.
Dad made many wonderful friends during his career and had many interests; mechanics, horses, hunting, camping, four wheeling with his family, and fishing. He spent many hours following his dream, farming on what is fondly known as the “80 acres”.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Tisdale and Hattie Hutchins, brother Newt Hutchins, nephew Mathew Hutchins, and sons Michael Hutchins and James A. Hutchins Jr.
