Jack S. Darcey, of Billings,was born in Westwood, CA November 22, 1947 to Charles and Arlene (Peterson) Darcey. He attended and graduated from High School in Oakland, CA. Following graduation Jack served honorably in the United States Army. He moved to Yakima, WA where he met his wife Trudy. They moved to Billings in 2008. Jack's work on earth was completed on June 8, 2010. He passed peacefully after a short illness at Billings Clinic. Jack loved his wife, children, and grandchildren, his loyal buddy Milford and his many friends as he trudged the road of happy destiny. He is survived by his wife Trudy of 35 years; daughter Tammy (Brad) grandchildren Rhea and Conor Riedlinger; sons, Frank (Janie) grandchildren Katie and Sam Sotelo and Marc (UnMi) grandchildren Jennifer and grandchild to be Jessica Darcey; sister Julie (Paul) Orlando; brothers, Gary (Flora) Darcey and Randy (Kathy) Darcey; step-mother Pearl Darcey and many nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his mother Arlene and father Charles Darcey, a sister Sharon Cunningham. Jack was in the car business for 30+years in WA, OR, CA and MT, Real Estate in CA and OR. He loved golf, fishing, reading, cards and games with friends and family. Jack was a very kind and caring person and passionate when it came to his views. Funeral Services will be held 1:00PM Tuesday June 15, 2010 at the New Life Four Square Church in Laurel. Burial will take place at the Yellowstone County Veterans Cemetery with military honors immeadiately following funeral services. Memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to Billings Clinic ICU in appreciation of the wonderful care and love that was shown to Jack and his family by all the Doctors, nurses and staff.
