Herman Kline

Herman Kline, 80, of Laurel died September 11, 2008 at Billings Clinic following a long illness. He was born February 7, 1928 to Phillip and Mary (Walker) Kline in Laurel. He attended schools in Laurel and Stevensville, MT. On June 22, 1949, he married Georgia Weiber, and to this union 6 children were born. They later divorced in 1973. Herman married Pamela Normile on August 30, 1974 in Billings, and to this union , 2 children were born.

Herman was employed as a truck driver for many years, until a work related accident forced his retirement in 1979. Herman occupied his time with his love of gardening and automotive repair.

He is survived by his wife, Pam; sons Brian (Kathy) Kline, Shawn (Jody) Kline and Dalton Kline all of Laurel; daughters Karen Ripley, Donna (Daniel) Morris, Diane Cantwell and Brenda (Bob) Ray, all of Laurel; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; a sister Kay Metcalf of Missoula. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Paula and 3 brothers and one sister.

Memorial Services will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday September 16, 2008 at the New Life Four Square Church in Laurel.
