Cora Jean Lawrence

Cora Lawrence, 67, of Laurel, died at her home surrounded by family August 1,2014. She was born in Billings September 13, 1946 to Francis and Laurel (Orndorff) Kerr and graduated from high school in 1964. Cora was a creative person, making big things out of small things. Summer was her favorite season as she attended the many fairs and festivals selling her art. She loved her family and friends and had a very special bond with Ashley; her friend and loving granddaughter. Left to cherish Cora's memory is her husband of 50 years, Bill; daughters Carol (Robert) and Lisa (Richie); sons John, Rick and Billy; a sister Billie Strever; a brother Terry Kerr; twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. "Goodbye loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother..."

A Celebration of Cora's life will be held 1:30 Thursday August 7, 2014 at the Rock church in Laurel.
