Clifford Charles Seymour, 70, was born July 28, 1937 to Charlie Arthur and Minervia Lewis Seymour. He was born in Palisade, NE and went to schools in Waunita and Cambridge NE. In Cambridge, he met the love of his life Shirley Ann Brown and they were married April 15, 1956. Together they had four wonderful sons and a daughter.
Cliff learned the floor-covering installation trade and became a journeyman. In 1962 Cliff and his family moved to Billings where he worked for Pierce Flooring. He later formed his own company, Seymour and Sons, which is currently being operated by his son Richard. In 1974 Cliff and his family moved to Park City where he built and managed the Kwik Stop. In 1982 he became a brand inspector. In 1997 he was hired by the Park City Sewer and Water District as the Certified Operator and worked up until the time of his death.
Cliff enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, horses and most of all spending time with his family. There are many fond memories of these special times spent with his children, grandchildren and friends.
On January 10, 2008, Cliff died of lung cancer. Cliff was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Minervia, daughter Linda, sister Wilma and two brothers Kenneth and Robert.
Cliff is survived by his wife Shirley, their four sons Richard (Nancy), Ron (Janet), Russ, Randy(Val). His eight grandchildren Jeff (Robin), Jon(Heidi), Tim(Jessica), Teri Anne, Jared(Chelsi) Kenny(Sari), Robbie and Anthony. His great-grandchildren Aubrey, Evan, Carli, Mason and two step great-grandchildren Paige and Logan.
Cremation has taken place. At Cliffs request no services will be held. A celebration of life will take place Saturday, January 19 from 2-4 pm at the Park City Civic Center. The family invites you to come share your stories of Cliff.
