Barbara Kay Webb

Barbara Kay Webb passed away Monday February 21, 2011 in Billings. She was born November 27, 1931 to Raymond and Myrna (Gilbert) York in Kearney,, Nebraska, growing-up on a ranch in central Nebraska. On November 25, 1949, she married her high school beau, Dean K. Webb in Julesburg, Colorado. Together they had two sons, Barbara taking the major role in raising them. The much repeated phrase, "Take off your shoes before coming into the house!" comes to mind. Mrs. Webb served as president of the Beartooth Hospital Board in Red Lodge for many years before moving to Billings in 2001, where she volunteered at St. Vincent Hospital. Barbara was a gardener Cum Laude! Left to cherish her memory is her husband Dean of Billings; sons William K. Webb, of Billings and Kipp B.(Lise)Webb MD of Bozeman; grandsons Evan (Abby) of Los Angles, CA and Nicolas (Anne) of Seattle, WA. The family extends a special thanks to Doctors' Christianson, Hagen and Rosenbaum as well as freind Kathy Broyles. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
