Anne Jenkins

V. Anne Jarvis Jenkins, 75, formerly of Roundup, died Sunday May 1, 2011 in San Diego, California following a lengthy illness. She was born on September 24, 1935 to Dan and Eva Mae Jarvis in Orofino, Idaho. She joined her siblings on the little farm that her parents owned. The family moved to California in the early 1940's, where she attended school. Anne married Bruce Bausell and together they had five children. They later divorced and Anne was a single mother for many years. On November 12, 1976, she married the love of her life, George R. Jenkins. She was a lover of the arts, reading, cooking, dancing and animals. Anne loved to write poetry and recite it. She could easily whip-up a meal from almost nothing and was a collector of cook books. She did not always use the cookbooks, but enjoyed reading them. If she used a recipe she always adapted it to her way. Naturally, it always tasted wonderful!. Left to cherish Anne's memory are her children, Christy Levine, Debra Davenport, Valerie Sharboo and Spring Schaak; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Anne's life will be 3:00pm Saturday June 11, 2011 at Valerie and Doug Sharbono's residence, 192 Grapevine Road Joliet, Montana.
